Hero MotoCorp announced on Thursday that it has raised the prices of its two-wheelers by up to Rs 1,000 to counter the impact of cost inflation.

According to a company statement, the company has raised the ex-showroom prices of its bikes and scooters with immediate effect.

“The price revision was required to partially balance the impact of cost inflation,” it stated, adding that the rise “will be up to Rs 1,000 and the exact quantity of increase would vary by model and market.”

Hero MotoCorp sells a wide range of bikes and scooters, from the entry-level ‘HF 100’ at Rs 55,450 to the XPULSE 200 4V at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
